Characteristics of Learners and Their Implications in Learning

The purpose of this article was to provide an informative description the various characteristics learning people. method in study used a literature using qualitative approach through collecting relevant references regarding diversity people who learn. This research type review with approach. procedure consists of: (1) preparation stage determining topic, (2) implementation searching for reference sources, and (3) writing down findings from sources. Reference sources traced come books articles that have been published by online journals at 2000-2020. data analysis which includes: reduction, presentation, conclusion. Characteristics learners can be defined as individual mental factors affect activities. Multiple intelligence is provided special category directly each individual. conclusion obtained every learns unique understanding material information. Therefore, teacher or educator needs right model optimize ability students improve their competencies.
